HVAC/R Sales Representative

Sales Representative responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Sales Representatives liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs. Manage and develop customer accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients.  As a Sales Representative, your main responsibility is to create a positive customer relationship while continually managing every aspect of the account(s) to ensure a successful partnership.

Essential Functions:

  • Has a strong foundation of Commercial and Industrial HVAC and Refrigeration knowledge and proven experience in the industry.
  • Can generate leads and sales through their/our industry contacts.
  • Can meet with clients and discuss all technical concerns and questions they may have and design/propose industry proven solutions that will solve their needs.
  • Can do takeoffs, estimate, and put complete HVAC proposals together without needing technical or administrative assistance.
  • Can manage projects from inception to closeout in constant cooperation with regional operations team.
  • Understands and navigates the economic dynamics of our industry as they change.
  • Understands which opportunities are the most viable and best to pursue to align with our company’s experience, growth potential. and overall direction.
  • Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of Commercial/Industrial HVAC and Refrigeration Industry required
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail (Cost Tracking, Scheduling and Progress)
  • Ability to operate computer equipment, business equipment and other general office equipment.
  • Ability to compose original correspondence, write reports, have effective interaction with people, and to communicate ideas and receive/process information from others.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment

Compensation Structure:

Salary Base + Commission Annually
