HVAC Sales and Business Development
Sales Representative responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Sales Representatives liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs. Manage and develop customer accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients. As a Sales Representative, your main responsibility is to create a positive customer relationship while continually managing every aspect of the account(s) to ensure a successful partnership.

Essential Functions:
- Has a strong foundation of HVAC knowledge and proven experience in the industry.
- Can generate leads and sales through their/our industry contacts.
- Can meet with clients and discuss all technical concerns and questions they may have and design/propose industry proven solutions that will solve their needs.
- Can do takeoffs, estimate, and put complete HVAC proposals together without needing technical or administrative assistance.
- Can manage projects from inception to closeout with little to no assistance from a senior project manager.
- Understands and navigates the economic dynamics of our industry as they change.
- Understands which opportunities are the most viable and best to pursue to align with our company’s experience, growth potential. and overall direction.
- Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of HVAC industry preferred, but not required
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Some sales experience preferred
- Ability to operate computer equipment, business equipment and other general office equipment, including telephones and fax machines.
- Ability to compose original correspondence, write reports, have effective interaction with people, and to communicate ideas and receive and process information from others.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Working Environment:
- Fast-paced environment with significant telephone and personal disruption
- Work is performed in a standard office work environment
Salary Base + Commission Annually
